Meet Theresa
Theresa considers herself a lifelong learner who has held a curiosity for quantum physics and metaphysics most of her adult life. Theresa was first introduced to BodyTalk as she began her own journey to healing and self discovery .
Continuing with her studies of mind body connection Theresa became fascinated with the science and biology that our thinking affects our body and has an overall direct affect on our life.
There is an emerging field of science called psychoneuroimmunology that has illustrated this connection between the body/mind.
Working through her own emotional blocks and most recently recovering from trauma, Theresa credits BodyTalk to her healing.
In 2009, Theresa became a Certified Neuro-Linguistic Programming Practitioner, which only added to her self-inquiry and understanding of just how powerful the body/mind really is.
A firm believer that there are no accidents, Theresa was lead to studying and becoming a Certified BodyTalk Practitioner. She continues on this journey of self discovery and healing as she strives to become the greatest expression of herself. Theresa continues to further her studies and currently has completed the following training and courses to better help her clients:

Having the firm belief that the body is capable of healing itself, Theresa is honoured to support others through their journey to wellness.
Theresa currently works with babies, children, adults of all ages and provides virtual remote sessions for clients who are unable to travel to her clinic located in the Okanagan Valley in Peachland, BC.
Theresa will be at 135-435 Main St. in Penticton, B.C. on Mondays where in person or remote sessions are available.
